Schofield Surveyors were appointed to provide Party Wall and Access Licence services in connection with the redevelopment of Queensway Parade, Bayswater.

The scheme comprises the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a circa 200,000 sq ft mixed-use development, delivering approximately 94 residential units with ground floor retail.

Our role includes advising under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, agreeing Awards, and securing Access Licences to facilitate the works on this constrained central London site.
